I can't even believe I'm saying this, but I actually have a real, permanent, part-time job with fantastic hours and even more fantastic pay.
Over a year and a half of job hunting, and out of the clear blue, two places I applied to at the end of the year got in touch with me within days of each other, just after New Years. I ended up landing a temporary (3-week) job at a college book store, and also managed to get an even BETTER job with a Christian media company as a customer service rep. I started there today, and I'll (hopefully) be getting done at the book store by next week.
So needless to say, if you don't see much art from me over the next few weeks (not that you've seen much, anyway... though I am drawing a few things, some of which are original blaaahhh :V), it's because I finally have a life now. ;o;
oh and I get my own cubicle area thing and my own desk and computer and it's so weIRD
so yeah thought you'd like to know about that! ;u;
(also ew gross plain journal sorry but if I updated my old one, it would have gotten rid of the skin anyway :V)
