Nolan looks like he's never seen an iPhone before, but he probably knows how to use one better than his own mother.
You have no idea how good it feels to actually have drawn something good. I get so defeated recently because my drawings have sucked, and I have a hard time getting motivated again after struggling with art for hours. I hopped onto Photoshop the other day and tried doing some Colette studies (since I never draw her). This was the result! 8D
I'll have a colored version available soon. Hopefully this weekend after work I'll get to work on it a bit.
Also if you comment on how bad the hands look, I will literally chop your face in half. I worked for hours on them and couldn't get them to look right - I know they're bad, ok?
I'm not quite sure how old Nolan would be here. I actually started editing this picture the other day because I didn't like Colette's proportions, so I'm trying to fix them. I'd put him at around nine or ten, maybe?
The reason why it's not colored is because this was drawn right around the time we were moving, and my life was entirely upside down. it's just one of those projects I kind of forgot about. :/
